Click (2006)
This film starring Adam Sandler as Michael Newman features a new kind of universal remote control which could literally control anything with the same buttons found on a regular remote control. This gadget is given to Michael by a character named Morty (Christopher Walken) who later on in the film is revealed as the Angel of Death. His name Morty seems normal in the beginning, but it actually is the perfect name for him. In Italian and Portuguese, the word “death” translates to “Morte,” “Moarte” and “Mort” in French. Coincidentally, Christopher Walken has also portrayed the role of the Angel of Death in two films before Click.
